This session is a shortened version of my traditional 90-minute session, with only 3 cardios instead of 4, and some postures have been cut out to shorten the time to 60 minutes. Recording and music incorporated. Split into 3 sections: 1) warmups and standing traditional Bikram postures. These are slow, but challenging in the heat. 2) 3 cardio flow section. 3) Floor work focusing on abs and spine strengthening postures. Between each break is a savasanah, and the room is cooled down slightly, then heated up again when the savasanah is over. At the last savasanah, peppermint towels are distributed for a long savasanah in the darkened, cooler room for quiet relaxation, meditation, and cool down. Bring into room: Yoga Mat, Towel (to lay over mat for sweat), water (optional). No one will be allowed entrance without having agreed to and signed this disclaimer. Please, no cell phone use during session. Room will be closed when club starts, and doors should not be opened after this time. Please arrive about 10 minutes early. Door(s) will be opened slightly during the 3 breaks in the class, during savasanah. Wear as minimal amount of tight-fitting clothing as you feel comfortable in. Hanging shirts will only get in your way and gather around your neck when your head is below your knees. Do not eat at LEAST 2 hours before the start of the club. 3 Hours is preferable. If you feel dizzy or nauseous, stop the posture, and stand or sit quietly until you can regain your breath. It is not safe to run out of the room, due to temperature differences. Background music is subtle and uncensored, and might contain explicit lyrics from time to time.
