We include free purified cool water refills and our famous mint towels at the end of every session, which help in cool down and recovery, invigorating the senses for the perfect yoga experience! 

 

"Original" and "#2 Session," 60 and 90 minute:

  • This session is in a heated room (90-105 degrees, 60-70% humidity).

  • It is a heated 90 or 60 minute session with cardio flows. (90 minute has 4 cardio flows, 60 minute has 3 cardio flows).

  • Recording and music incorporated. 

Split into 3 sections:

  • 1) Warmups and standing traditional Bikram postures. These are slow, but challenging in the heat.

  • 2) 4 cardio flows section (in the 90 min); 3 cardio flows section (in the 60 minute)

  • 3) Floor work focusing on abs and spine strengthening postures.

Between each break is a savasanah, and the room is cooled down slightly, then heated up again when the savasanah is over. At the last savasanah, peppermint towels are distributed for a long savasanah in the darkened, cooler room for quiet relaxation, meditation, and cool down.

 

"#2 Session" is similar, but the cardio flows are different movements than in the "Original Session."

Bikram 26 & 2

 

This session is the traditional Hot Bikram session of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room (90-105 degrees, 60-70% humidity). Although there is no "cardio flow" section in this session, it is still very cardiovascular and a challenging workout. The postures are held a few seconds longer than in the 60 and 90 minute sessions.There are several savasanas throughout the session, and a long savasana at the end at cool down for maximum relaxation, meditation, and recovery. Hot Balletone

This session is ballet-based, focusing on training your posture, strengthening your core, and improving your balance, all while melting off calories in the heat of our Hot Room. AND--- don't shy away guys, just because the word ballet is in the name, you will also benefit! 

This 60-minute session is a perfect addition to your Hot Yoga practice.

Warm Vinyasa Flow

 

Let Jamie lead you through a continuous-flow style of power yoga where you will enjoy moving your body, while building strength, working on flexibility, balance, stamina, core stability, spinal mobility, mental focus and concentration. Students stay with an uninterrupted flow of postures, moving at a moderate pace, to build heat in the body, sweat, detoxify, and de-stress. The heat will be set to "warm", approx 80-85 degrees and 50-60% humidity for this session.

 

This is a multi-level class, so beginners are welcome and modifications provided. Come ready for an invigorating workout that allows you to absorb the benefits of yoga into your body and soul. Class will end with 10 minutes of deep stretching and restorative yoga for blissful relaxation.
